Sendcloud is quite easy to use and syncs seamlessly with Shopify, which is great. The only downside is that there are often glitches when creating labels, and they stopped offering DPD to the UK. The shipping rates are also not that attractive for international shipments when you compare with other apps like Easyship. But other than that, it's been great for our ad hoc EU shipments.
Nutzen Sendcloud seit Jahren und finde die Preisentwicklung einfach nicht mehr nachvollziehbar, es wurde teurer und features die mam vorher hatte wurden einfach weggenommen (retourenportal)
Nur nutzbar mit nem anderen viel teureren plan.
Wir fühlen und oft wie angelockt und dann in Stich gelassen.
Anwendung ist ok und macht was es soll.
Sendcloud didn't to fix a bug on their side that kept us from creating shipments because they were "busy rolling out new markets". It's sad because it's a good software and we really wanted to make it work. Finally, we decided to switch to another provider that is focussed on a working product (hopefully). Before signing the contract, make sure everything really really works. Their support takes very long to respond (up to 3 weeks).

Alors pourquoi 3 étoiles ?
Le service mensuel est passé en l'espace de 1 an et demi de 40 euros à 133 euros pour plus ou moins le même nombre d'envois et les mêmes services. Je trouve cela affligeant, des augmentations cela est "normal" mais a ce point c'est prendre ses clients pour des vaches à lait. Je réfléchis de plus en plus a trouver un autre service similaire et moins chère.
(nous avons notre propre contrat, 133 euros étant juste le prix abonnement + les fameux nouveaux 10cts par étiquette de frais qu'ils ont inventés)
The app works fine, as expected. Only the customer service does fall short. In situations where data fields are transferred incorrectly, customer service is unavailable.
