The app integrates seamlessly with Shopify and is noted for its excellent customer support, particularly praising team members like Sarahy and Nallely. It also excels in email deliverability and effectively avoids spam filters, enhancing marketing efficiency and improving both merchant and customer experiences.
The app its self works great. However support is shocking, i have reached out on 4 separate occasions as they banned my account without any justification or way to restore it. I have heard nothing on any occasion and cannot get my account reinstated. I've now had to change apps due to their incredibly poor customer service.

Despite multiple attempts to reach you at your registered Shopify email, we have not received any response.
