The templates offered are great; however, the templates are not easily editable. There's no 'back' button or any way to redo if you were to make a mistake. I wish they would rectify this.

The left and right arrow icons at the top right corner of the email editor allow you to move between different versions of your email editions.

I use this app for email marketing, the templates are really good and easy to use and the support is very good. But this app is not working to capture the abandoned checkouts.

Your Shopify store shows the number of people who click the "Add to cart" button, even if they have not provided an email address. Basically, we cannot send emails if the customer does not provide an email address during the checkout process.
