brilliant app - used it now on both my sites. It fixes problems quickly and easily, and the support is fantastic! They literally reach out to you as soon as you download it to tell you what you should do and explain everything. Very good and also seeing results from it unlike other SEO apps on the market. I would highly recommend.
So far the app has pointed a lot of errors in my site. Using your checklist I am slowly getting the site in order.
