I'll put it on neutral.
It was a great onboarding experience with live support. Strange is to get asked to rate the app during the onboarding process. See all 4 and 5 star reviews, this seams to be standard on this app. Right after the review the support agent disappeared.
I uninstalled the app again. I am scared it just changes randomly tings. I spent hundreds of hours on the shop and not knowing what effectively is being changed, is scary and some reviews say that their store got messed up completely. Also the scanning of the pages is not worth much. I have over 1000 pages, so it would take about 20 days to scan all the pages (ca. 50 pages per day are being scanned).
It could be a great app but not knowing what that app really does is not worth the risk for me.
So overall a very mixed feeling.
Helpful but all they do is advise us on how to create SEO, they dont do it for you. Also pretty annoying keep asking for a review so here yo go !

I installed this and honestly don't have a lot of experience with the app. Support popped up immediately. There was some issue publishing changes to my shopify store. The customer service offered to give me a "gift" that only comes with a higher subscription since I had waited so long. The catch was that I needed to go leave a 5 star review, mention her name and send her a screenshot. So take all of the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. I've since deleted the app.

The supporter just thought that you needed that assistance (which normally available for an advanced plan) so she did beyond to help you in that case. Support is OK, slow to get a response and the response is usually not pertaining to the question. My meta description hasn't updated in a month. After uninstalling the app it broke my website title. I will not use this app in the future.
So sorry for your unhappy experience. Our app only helps you update title and description for your store. For the reason why Google did not update yours, please check from Webmaster tool of your own website. We have also sent an email to follow you up, please keep in touch there.
This app shows lots of good results immediately. Which makes me skeptical. I have 30 years SEO experience. SEO is not instant success like this app seems to show. The app is fairly annoying to use as it brags on itself the entire time using it. The constant notifications and prompts to upgrade are very annoying. When using the app for the first time the app prompted me for a review before I had a minute to see what the app does. So here is your review. I suggest calming down the prompts and allowing the user to experience the app before asking for a review.

And Lighthouse is a trustworthy 3rd party to show the data. The algorithm in SEO alters everyday and the app has to update constantly to optimize it the best.
