I can’t say whether or not it helps with the website yet, but I can say Jane was extremely helpful with setting up the app and helped me manage my website and gave me suggestions on what I could fix to improve my site.
I would definitely be recommending SearchPie SEO & Speed optimize to anyone in need of such services and products the SearchPIE team was helpful, courteous, willing and patient for someone like myself who's learning as i go it was very much a lovely experience.
chatting with real person is good. But I am not yet fully understand this tool, so I give 4 stars.
Daisy has been a great help on this app. It seems like a really great app but the rest of the customer service seemed inexperienced. I asked questions and some of them didn’t provide clear answers or explain things. It also took them what felt like 4 minutes or longer to reply. I have been using another app for SEO that I prefer. The other company is very thorough and knowledgeable. They reply almost immediately and quickly answer questions in detail. I ended up uninstalling this app.
Hana was a wonderful customer rep! She talked me through step-by-step as to how to utilise features for better performance ! The process was quick and easy for me! I hope to contact her again in the near future! :)
