Shortly after jumping on to SearchPie a chat popped up and I was guided through setup in no time and a Dev is looking at out site in details to identify any issues that need work.
It's early days but looking good so far.
I am starting with the free version, and already they've helped me optimize and walked me through the process. they give great checklists to go through so you're no too overwhelmed all at once. The chat is with real people and they have been great to deal with.
