The compression on my photos made them smaller and random sizes. Not very happy about this, also their support says they get back in a few days?????
Hi we provide support within 24 hours. Usually, within a few hours maximum, depending on time zone differences. We have addressed this with you, and you had selected an incorrect resize setting. You should select our Square Fill setting that would make your photos all square and properly aligned. This is an easy fix, you just need to change the setting and press Update All. Works as it should. They give you some free options which help quite a bit and saves you time.
This app has saved me lots of time by completely automating the compression and optimizations of my product images. The image previewer is particularly helpful for placing watermarks on my photos. It really does offer the best features at the best value. When I contacted support with questions, they always provided prompt solutions and even enabled special functionality for my account because I did not want the first image of every product watermarked. Thanks!

As a whole, it works well but I was charged for A.I. SEO even after I disabled it, then I emailed them but did not hear anything.
I searched for several weeks and finally I found what I've been looking for. A must have for every eCommerce business
I don't feel like I can leave a five star review yet. Just started using app about ten to twenty minutes ago. Was in middle of working on photos when a pop up came up telling me many hours have been spent on this app and I seem to be enjoying its use so I should leave a review. I don't know if it even works yet so I can only leave a two star since I have not even finished my first project on here before being told that I am enjoying using their product. If it works well then yes I do appreciate the hours put into the app and am very considerate. Until I am given time to even see if the app works then I can not give it a good rating. So far it is easy to use but I have run across this with other apps that did not do what they said they would do.

It updates all hundreds or thousands of your products at once and if it's mistake then you have to fix one by one. Does not let you update on group base or collection base.
I would definitely recommend this app!
