I highly recomend this app. It has already saved me money by detecting fraudulent orders. The support is amazing here. I had some questions and Walter was able to connect me to a Zoom call and explain me everything and show me how things work. Do not hesitate to install!

Extremely good app for anyone needing in depth analysis of incoming orders and their risk factors. Walter took the time out to explain everything in great detail both over email and a video chat. If you need order information beyond that which Shopify provide natively, this seems to be the most comprehensive available.

Cool app, and relatively easy to use considering the complexity of this stuff. It takes a bit of the guesswork out of spotting fraudulent orders, a v useful tool. Walter at customer service was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and knows his stuff. Highly recommended as an add-on to the other checks AAAA+++++

This app is a game-changer to prevent online fraud. I had many charged-back due to credit card fraud but the SEON app helps to prevent fraud with immediate results. In fact, the customer's service is very good. They are always online to help. I highly recommend the App.

Love the added protection against chargebacks with this app and you can't beat the support! I definitely recommend adding it to any online shop.

The Support was wonderful, very patient with me and my questions. Also helped me with an existing suspicious order and how best to handle it. While I hope I won't need their help, I know they will be very helpful if I do. So nice dealing with a real person and not a bot chat.
