Great experience so far! The integration runs seamlessly, and the customer support team has been incredibly helpful, both during the setup process and whenever I encountered any challenges. Highly recommended!

One small suggestion for improvement: refining some English translations and providing video tutorials in English would be a great addition.

The transfer of Bills from Shopify doesn't work for sales outside of the EU, the team is not planning on changing this in the future.

Wichtig zu erwähnen ist noch das es sich hierbei um eine Drittanbieter App handelt - bei Fragen zu Sevdesk selbst also am besten den Sevdesk Support kontaktieren.

The integration works well, 4 Stars! - A better documentation (video tutorial?) for the initial setup would increase my rating to 5 stars. If SevDesk works for you and you're already a customer, this integration will be perfect for you.

WHY 3 STARS?? - SevDesk not growth-ready!

Regretfully SevDesk won't grow with your company. No matter ow good the integration is: If SevDesk can't handle your order volume, don't bother trying it.

My tip: Contact SevDesk before you start using this integration and ask what monthly order volume they can handle. Maybe they have improved since my experience.

EXTRA WARNING: Terrible knowledge from SevDesk's support about the integration. They have no clue about how this integration should work and can't contact me with anyone in the team who can help with this as it's an external company that built the connector. It took me too long to get the integration working in the first place.

There are 3 partys involved: Shopify, Eshop Guide who is responsible for the integration and The SevDesk Web-App itself. While there was an issue with the setup of our SevDesk and SevDesk phone support wasn´t 100% supportive the Integration Team of Eshop Guide jumped onboard and was able to support us until the integration was running flawless. 5 Stars for the integration process of SevDesk.

Danke für die schnelle und individuelle Hilfe. Da wir sowieso sevDesk als Buchhaltungstool nutzen, war es super hilfreich, dass es auch eine Integration mit Shopify gibt. Das mit den Zahlungsgateways ist nicht ganz intuitiv, aber nach kurzer Hilfe von der tollen Berna hat alles geklappt.

I can not imagine a better support than from the guys from Eshop Guide. They helped us connecting some tools of Shopify and sevDesk. It was amazingly fast, constructive and easy. They really helped us solving a big issue concerning the bills. Thank you sooo much!

Tolle Integration wenn man Nutzer von SevDesk ist. Es vereinfacht die Buchhaltung und schafft zeit für die wichtigen Dinge im Daily Business.
