There are 3 partys involved: Shopify, Eshop Guide who is responsible for the integration and The SevDesk Web-App itself. While there was an issue with the setup of our SevDesk and SevDesk phone support wasn´t 100% supportive the Integration Team of Eshop Guide jumped onboard and was able to support us until the integration was running flawless. 5 Stars for the integration process of SevDesk.
