This is an excellent app if you are a merchant using Amazon MCF for your shop orders. Very versatile and the team keeps improving the features. Of course there are important features that are only available in higher grade plans i.e. pre-determining if orders should be shipped from Amazon or from your own warehouse based on the customers shopping cart contents. I find this feature very powerful and you can save a heck of a lot of shipping costs, which the app also indicates in the enterprise plan with the calculated shipping fees per order. But you can always downgrade again to a cheaper plan, if you don`t need these powerful features, depending on your cost calculations. Definitely a 5 star app!

I was having major problems with Veeqo for over 8 weeks! Since finding WebBee, my life has become much easier. Their customer service is excellent! Great app, works perfectly and we have not had any issues since we installed it almost a year ago. Orders synch properly with our Amazon account and get shipped by Amazon as they should. The support team is phenomenal too, Thank you Suraj for your help!

Excellent app. Manages almost real time inventory sync with Amazon MCF. Every 30 minutes it pulls in the inventory. Everything is automated. We don't have to do anything after initial setup. Any questions we have, WebBee Support is available for a Zoom chat to go over things. We liked the Shopify MCF integration so much we decided to also use WebBee for TikTok Shop and MCF integration. We highly recommend using WeBee over the default Shopify apps for Amazon MCF integrations.

Our company initially intended to utilize this application for order fulfillment and logistics through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment services. Given the substantial monthly fee of USD 19 for this application, which is notably expensive when compared to Spotify monthly fee of USD 25, we proceeded with implementation. However, during actual operations, we discovered a severe systemic defect when Shopify order data is transmitted to Amazon's system: critical customer delivery address information is randomly lost, resulting in erroneous shipments. This major system malfunction exhibits intermittent occurrence patterns, posing significant operational risks to our company. Due to these system failures, we were compelled to conduct emergency reshipments and compensate affected customers, resulting not only in substantial financial losses but also severely damaging our company's reputation. Based on these numerous issues, we, as a paying customer, have made the immediate decision to terminate your services and explicitly state that we will not invest additional resources to assist in testing or improving your product.

The WebBee staff is incredibly responsive to questions and requests for help. They walked us through solutions and implemented changes and improvements to our store quickly and left us with a "safe" feeling. Zoom calls on request to work problems real time. This is a sold outfit. Thank you!
