Fantastic service and support. Alex and I communicated via email on an issue I was having and we ended up deciding that my particular need didn't suit the software. However, I can absolutely tell you that my support ticket was met quickly and Alex went out of his way to understand my needs, communicate with me quickly, and see if we could make it work. This is a fine app that was easy to install and use, and I am happy to recommend even though my specific need was not what it was designed for. Recommended!

This app is simple and straight forward and when I thought it wasn't I contact support and they talked me through it. Support is excellent, app is great!

The app is very convoluted to use initially but there are videos available so you will definitely need to review those first. A major issue is that this app does not work with our upsell app (Zipify's OneClick). Furthermore, I sent a request about an issue with the app and never received a response about what needed to be done inside their app; instead, they responded with how to set up shipping settings inside Shopify.

Excellent App and excellent support. It's exactly what we were looking for and the support are always fast to reply and very helpful.

Garbage, doesn't load after installation, cannot contact devs unless you use email support which takes days to get a response if you get one at all. Especially no support on weekends so if you install this on a Friday and it doesn't work, you're out of luck. Best to find a different solution, one that actually loads in the shopify admin panel.
