Shippo ‑ Simplified Shipping

This is a must have app. Not only is it easy to use once set up! Just what I wanted without monthly fee! just pay for your postage!

Amazing. Ive been using Shippo since it first came and and it continues to get better. They are constantly improving the app based on what customers are asking for. If you ever have a problem there customer service is amazing, some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. During one of the updates they had removed one of my favorite features, I sent them a quick message and within a couple hours it was back. Simply great people working here.

As a new e-commerce business owner Shippo has been so easy to work with. They have an extensive amount of knowledge within their team, which was invaluable when setting up our business and getting ready to launch. I just started using Shopify and getting into shipping items now. And it's going to be a time saver...
Couple of things I like about this app.
1. No monthly fees only pay 5 cents + actual shipping cost per label created.
2. Masks the actual shipping price.
3. Creates tracking number (free) and auto notifies buyer that the label has been created. (big time saver from doing this manually at post office and post office will charge you for tracking number if not sent priority)
4. Works with 4 x 6 Thermal Label printers.
5. Bulk label creating.

We reviewed a few different shipping apps and went with Shippo because it was very intuitive and suited our size and needs in terms of ease of use and price. I was worried that there was only email support as opposed to phone or chat, but their email support team has been amazing.

I was really frustrated with trying to get my stamps.com synced with shopify. It wasn't a seamless process for me at all. Most specifically the batch orders. I also have despised the fact that stamps.com doesn't allow batch orders with MacBooks-like why and how, it is 2015.
It had its pros but i'm just happy that shippo WAS seamless and brought relief to a growing disconcerting feeling. It was so easy to set up. The only thing I need is a page that shows all of my filled orders with their tracking and their current status.

I love shippo and their fantastic customer service! I could not be happier. Their system is easy to use, efficient and affordable. An excellent choice for all your shipping needs!
