such a freak app guys don't use this fRAUD app this person will take 5-6 days for pick up and after they will create NDR

Use this service only if you love losing your money, customers and peace of mind. They are so bad that we decided to leave their service although we have paid them till March 2020 and it's November 2019 only, now you can guess how good they are.
No service, they are frauds, charging money that doesn't even apply, they will call you and convince you that the reviews are fake and whatsoever and promise you to provide great service BUT as soon as you sign up, they are gone and never care to help you.
The worst service you can ever experience.
P.S: We gave them another try and the services were even worse this time. All they can do is loot your money and make you regret your decision of trying them.
Don't even think about Shiprocket, there are other companies like Pickrr, Shyplite etc. that you can try.
We opened a new account with Shiprocket. And arranged pickup for our first shipment. It has been 5 days and no one came for pickup. We have escalated this multiple times and we get all assurances of pickup from the support but absolutely nothing happened. Everyday we are told that pickup will be done today but the pickup is still pending. If this is the experience in our first shipment i wonder how we will continue with shiprocket. Very bad service and worst support ever. Shopify please remove this app from your app store.
Based on a conversation over the call, we request you to regenerate the shipment because as per the process we need to maintain the confidentiality of the user's database, access to the book, and create an order on shiprocket panel.

No option for zero stars?? If you want to be successful in your business AVOID SHIPROCKET. It's a genuine review. You will end up losing all your profits in weight discrepancies!!! Our products that don't even weigh a kg are marked as 4 to 5kg. Even after disputing with all the proofs of the size of the package, they rejected our dispute. Such an unethical way of doing business. Our team will sort this matter legally with all the proofs!!

a) fraud weight discrepancies - this is their way to earn money
b) pathetic customer service- you can't contact the courier directly for your customer's tracking and then shiprocket doesn't respond . you are left to fend yourself . ..
and many more issues - a long list.

you will get sucked in by the easy UI and an excellent presentation , then once your store starts growing and hits a mark of 200-300 shipments a month is when shiprocket fails you big time.
Worst customer service, poor grievance redressal times, account manager that will never answer your call, tickets that stay open for weeks, mails that dont get answered. i lost 60,000 worth of business due to poor response time from shiprocket. They even refuse to change the account manager.
Don't get lured. Go for a aggrigator that cares and bothers to respond.

I should be on Shopify SaaS plan, there should be no charges but I received an unpaid bill today ..thats disappointing. On the other hand, their customer support is very unprofessional ..they just told me to pay the bill again and again like a robot ..Not explaining where the bill came from either. There were lots of RTO and NDR issues recently, for those ..I requested call back regarding RTO multiple times (delivery was never attempted according to customer's response), unfortunately Shiprocket team ignored, those issues are still unresolved but they marked as resolved. I will be switching to another courier aggregator very soon.

I would like to draw youd kind attention that the courier company XPRESSBEES is practicing UNETHICAL, BASELESS, UNFAIR business both with shiprocket and us.
It's the second time that we received an amount of more than ₹5k being held by shiprocket because of FAKE weight discrepancies rased by XPRESSBEES.
I really want to know the procedure how they are measuring the packages sent by us. They are just uploading a fake, man-made data to manipulate and push the weight slab from 0.5kg to 1kg.
Hereby I claim that all datas or weights given in the weight discrepancies panel is FAKE and MAN MADE.
I NEED PROOF of:-
1. In which basis the packages are measured.
2. What machineries were used?
3. Who measured the packages? What is the name and designation of that person?
If XPRESSBEES cannot provide these answers they are just trying to break ethical standards of logistics business and also hampering relationship of shiprocket clients.
I request shiprocket team to take strict action against this kind of UNETHICAL practices and XPRESSBEES should be banned from shiprocket if found guilty.
Now we have to pay ₹5000extra FOR NO REASON just to carry forward our shippings.
I am declaring I am going to discontinue all relationship with shiprocket if my issues not answered within 24 hours and also bring XPRESSBEES and SHIPROCKET to court and social media for practicing UNETHICAL business.

Absolute Nightmare! Avoid ShipRocket Like the Plague!
I can't even begin to express the utter frustration and disappointment I've experienced with ShipRocket. If I could give them zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. This app is an absolute dumpster fire, and I implore anyone with even a shred of common sense to steer far, far away from it.
From the moment I started using ShipRocket, it was like diving headfirst into a bottomless pit of incompetence. The user interface is a chaotic mess, reminiscent of a cheap '90s website that hasn't seen an update since dial-up internet. It's as if the developers actively went out of their way to create the most convoluted, counterintuitive app possible.
And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's non-existent, to say the least. It's clear that ShipRocket has a "take your money and run" mentality, leaving you high and dry when you encounter inevitable issues. It's like they hire support staff based on their ability to ignore and frustrate customers rather than assist them. Bravo, ShipRocket, you've truly mastered the art of customer neglect.
But wait, it gets better. The app's performance is a complete joke. Expect error messages at every turn, and brace yourself for the app crashing more times than a demolition derby. It's astonishing how a company can release such a shoddy, half-baked product and still have the audacity to charge for it.
Shipping? More like "never-shipping." ShipRocket has turned what should be a straightforward process into an unending cycle of delays, miscommunication, and lost packages. I wouldn't trust this app to ship a message in a bottle, let alone anything of actual value.
In conclusion, ShipRocket is an abomination of an app. It's an insult to anyone looking for a reliable, user-friendly shipping solution. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster like your business's reputation depends on it – because it does. ShipRocket, you should be ashamed of the garbage you've put out into the world.
I wish I could erase my encounter with ShipRocket from my memory. If I could physically throw this app into a black hole, I would do it without hesitation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
