Very poor service this time very disappointed with the service
1. There is one shipment where return pickup service was not available so we deactivate QC and arrange pickup so we receive empty box in return and now we are not eligable for any calaim...its not our mistake
2. 1 of our shipment was undeliver and after many follwups its never deliver and customer tagged us on insta thats really samefull for us.

Things are getting better with Shiprocket. Especially with the escalation and the senior team helping with certain issues namely Deepak and Farha. They are extremely helpful and we are grateful for their support and prompt responses. The customer care team is quite helpful as well. I hope for these fake attempt deliveries, NDR issues, Panel Issues and Refund Issues to be sorted soon so we can continue a healthy collaboration with them.

We have been working with shiprocket for 4 years now. Really unhelpful account managers. And they refused to take responsibility. Be ready to lose money. But then again the others are worse.

The App is okay but support is pathetic. We're unable to fetch new orders from Shopify post 31st August 2022 due to some new update. We've tried to fix it on our own, not working. Tried to contact ship rocket via call & email, created multiple tickets from support, no resolution. Its been almost a month they are sending same system generated email responses and not bothered to fix the issue.

Not impressed with the customer service or rather lack of it. Also, the robotic answers that the customer care executives give to every query is hardly helpful. They are never inclined to solve any problems and half their shipping partners are not even available regularly. Also, they charge arbitrary amount & the rates through surface transport are very expensive.Not worth partnering with them at all!
We are using Shiprocket and following is my experience;
1. As they say pick-up will be done either same day or next day but except one pickup most of our pick ups were done next to next day after escalation and follow-ups.
2. Today is 23rd Dec and we are still following up and requesting with Shiprocket for pick-up the courier, pickup information / generation sent on 17th and 18th Dec. Today is 7th day and still waiting for pick up.
3. Pick ups were lying ready prior to generate pick-up intimation but courier company (sms) and now shiprocket app panel showing that courier is not ready.
4. All the money deducted against courier at the moment we generated pick up i.e. 7 day before.
5. A mail was received and my request ticket was closed saying Due to protest pick up can't be done. Everything is normal here and life is going as smooth as before protest.
6. We ordered a product on Amazon on 21.12.2019 and today morning we received i.e. 23.12.2019
7. My customers is following up and saying us " Bloody Cheaters"
This is all my sweet and sour experience with Shiprocket till date.
