We recently onboarded with Shipturtle, and my only regret is not finding them sooner! We had previously tried other multi-vendor service providers, but they were a complete disappointment. In contrast, working with Shipturtle over the past month has made my job significantly easier.
It took me a little time to understand the app’s functionality—not because it was complex, but simply because I hadn’t gone through the provided reading material. Once I did, everything became much clearer.
Their robust support service and AI chatbot are also game-changers, helping to resolve most queries effortlessly.
If you're planning to build a multi-vendor marketplace, look no further—Shipturtle is the way to go!

There were quite a few bugs at the beginning - but this will occur with any software extension I guess. The most important is that the Shipturtle Support is really responsive and eager to make things work, which I totally appreciate and does definitively make up my decision to stay with it. So far I'm glad I've decided for this marketplace extension and look forward to become successful with Shipturtle as our partner.

Part 1:
haven't fully use it yet, but the customer service is great! Explain the limitations and expectations all the docs are readily available when using and integrating shipturtle.

I am so impressed every day that I work with the Shipturtle team. I had a vision to launch a business that would include 3 different kinds of vendors: C2C sellers, small business vendors and on-demand printing/manufacturing vendors. I didn't even have a website yet. I was starting completely from scratch, building this on my own. I set up calls with various marketplace apps and chose Shipturtle. I launched my business last month and they have been phenomenal in their customer care and support. I would consider myself a "high maintenance" customer for Shipturtle and they never make me feel like I'm asking too much or being annoying!
