Shogun ‑ Landing Page Builder

I am two days into the trial and here is my initial opinion.
I have a 3 month old professional gaming desktop computer and not running queer crap in the background, this app sucks up enough RAM that when I am editing text there is a 5 second lag. I find it irritating but not damning.
For the rest of the program, I have been playing with it for two days, re-invented a few of my landing pages and working on my home page and only time will tell on those but the interface is okay. Some of the element boundaries are super close so to be able to choose between certain close boundaries can be tricky (like between a group box and the column box).
In general so far, I like it but, if you are working with an older slower computer full of background programs you might get really frustrated with the lag (I know that whenever you are changing something in a drag-and-drop program, as you go it is re-writing the code - hence the lag).
I researched these type of apps and found that for the start-up plan costs it is a good start, just be patient.
If anything changes I will update my rating :)

Great page builder with good functionality - Wish it would be a bit more flexible specially on mobile but still the best on the market

Fairly easy to use. I like that you can customise your own pages in a drag and drop form

Great app! I'm definitely not tech savvy so this app is a life saver :) Only reason for 4 stars is that I cannot figure out how to edit collection pages on Shopify.

Most intuitive of the page builder apps I've tried on Shopify. Priced higher than others but I find this one has the easiest learning curve. I would rather pay for this and save time, then spend time making money to cover the costs rather than bang my head on fancy themes or other page builder tools that are too complex or not stable. Shogun does allow for custom code to be inserted, but I would love to have features like inserting a lookbook or those recent trends of animated banners. Dealing with external web developers would be another major project that I'm just not keen on. Anyway, well done Shogun!

Very good app.
However, since it cannot be saved and there are many problems, I expect it for future development.

The app itself design wise works well for what I need. But I gave it a lower rating because it takes forever to load for me. I've tried clearing out my cache and still it takes over 5 minutes for it to load for me to just be able to edit. It's super annoying to say the least.

I used this app to help me create a unique page without any coding experience. It's simple and straightforward, better than its competitors. The only problem is that once you use it to build your site, you're pretty much locked in to its payment plan.

The support team is great, responsive and helpful. However, the builder is just not good enough. Needs a lot of improvement in flexibility and UX. Still, this is the best one out of the three builders I have tried.

Overall: very good app!

I came across quite a few bugs unless I used Google Chrome, which is not a big deal but still a little annoying.

Here is a list of things that would make it even better:
- easy editing of collection pages (I know there is a workaround)
- easy creating of a section that can then be used on the landing page (if there already is a solution, please let me know).
