I am very new to this app and so far it is really great. I had some questions and logged on to the "chat" function to seek assistance. I received a video demo as a response, fully explaining what needed to be done to fix my error. I was incredibly impressed with the service and this did in fact fix my issue. Great app, great support, we can do in a couple of hours without training, what some agencies would try to charge us £3000 of dev time to do.
