We've seen an impressive amount of organic transactions coming through Shop. We're planning on advertising over the BFCM period and we are expecting great things. The dashboard is very simple to use and it's super easy to update your Storefront.
If you run an honest business, Shop does an insane amount of lifting for your store. The reviews alone are worth it. They’re third party, on a platform people already trust, so when a customer sees our rating they know we didn’t write it ourselves. We sat at 4.9 for a long time and just hit 5.0 with over 400 ratings, and that rating does more for us than any ad we could make.
On top of that, everything Shop does around ads, discovery and getting your store in front of new people has been huge for us.
My only critique would be wanting more ways to customize our store page. But honestly, I think that simplicity is part of why people trust it. Every store looks clean and consistent, and the focus stays on the products and the reviews. Adding too much customization might take that away.
