Shop app is great because when I retrieve emails from customers or phones numbers and they are Shop users their info is already in the Shop app. Which makes it easier to verify and ask permission to add them to my email subscriber list.

I enjoy using shop. I can always track when and how long item will ship and be delivered. I like the installment options as well.

The only suggestion I would have is when shop sends a message concerning the order. Leave pop-up message in message folder to refer back to.

It's a great app, I love the features. One thing they need to improve is that the agressive shop app login makes it difficult for customers to take advantage of our loyalty rewards programs.

The app was easy to use and migrated smoothly into my Shopify account.

Shop is easier to manage and edit than before. It integrates well with workflows and collections and updates instantly. Testing is suggested to ensure discounts apply as intended.

I love most of the features of this app. I wish there was greater control over the layout of the collections (carousel vs grid) like in the general theme editor, but all in all it is a rock solid low-maintenance addition to our core website.
