This company is all bot no human. They falsely accused my company of random things then I spent months getting any information that was rational because the 2 bots can't communicate. The humans were totally nice and completely misleading and time consuming for no reason. This business design is set to make you "rich quick" and spam people. They treat you like your customers, superficially with a lot of false promises. They only want you to make a buck off a toxic t-shirt. If you are a professional. Do NOT use this. They are not a professional organization by any sense of the term. If you have integrity you may not fit their guidelines.
My Shop Mobile App was taken from me when I had a fraudulent charge back. After 6 months I WON the fraudulent charge back and was happy that I got Shop back on my phone.
So, what happened is really horrible, all of a sudden I am getting Retailers I don't care about selling their products on my phone, some videos etc... This is a BIG MESS !!!
Retailers and Videos are mixed up with my Brand, I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience.

I sent a message to SHOP, they send me back a ticket and said somebody will call me or send an email, this was 3 days ago, they still have not done anything !! Support is not very good. I don't really know about the APP. I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience !!
We decided to switch to shopify from woocommerce just because of international sale. The platform is not ready to sell to different countries with different languages and different currencies. On top of that the advisors are not experienced, one of them just completely destroyed our store. The good reviews must be from a store owners with one language, one currency. We lost losts of money and time.
As of January 1, 2025 this app will be charging sales tax on all orders, whether the item sold is taxable or not.
We sell an unprepared food item, which is NOT taxable. This is considered stealing.
Do not use Shopify. Save yourself a bunch of headaches and go with a different company. Top ten worst customer service ever!
Started a website. They immediately placed all payments on hold not including PayPal. Tried to reach out to customer service and they person either provided wrong information or disconnected without assistance. Also, they did not pay my orders out even after the products were received by the consumer.
Stopped accepting payment and support has been shockingly incompetent. No explanation, no support whatsoever.
Now considering alternatives to Shopify.
it was great and receiving orders then had a refund order on a fraud. which wasn't really a chargeback and explained to them but they still have not put us back on. I mean don't get it. disappointed

Il nostro team sta lavorando per risolvere questo problema, ma a causa della natura complessa e altamente tecnica di alcuni problemi, il processo di indagine può richiedere più tempo del solito. Inoltre, il nostro team di sviluppo dà priorità ai problemi in base alla gravità e all'impatto e ciò potrebbe portare a un ulteriore ritardo nella risoluzione di un problema.
Nel frattempo, se stai pensando di disabilitare l'app Shop e l'effetto sulle tue vendite è minimo, è un'opzione praticabile e può essere considerata.
Direi che l'esperienza è pessima.
