Happy to use their paid service. Though looking forward to some more essential features I requested, at this time it is better to have them installed than not having them at all !!! Now looking forward to their Mobile Apps, if any.

I love the Shoppad! It make the mobile store look and feel 10x better! The only thing I wish they had for the tablets is that you have the ability to search for items like on the phone version. But other than that its great product to setup and use!

I am still in the development phase of my website but I am loving the concept of this app.
I like that there is an easy view (easy purchase!) catalogue that works well on a tablet. Given that most people do their shopping on a tablet (not desktop), having a website that functions / appears well on a tablet is crucial to return customers

An informal survey amongst customers and friends proved to us that we needed a more engaging mobile ready website. We were thrilled to find a cost-effective option waiting for us in the Shopify App Store. ShopPad's plug and play features and sleek look make this an easy option for your store. You'll find some great features in ShopPad. However, there are two big issues that keep me from giving a full 5 stars. Read on to find out more...

ShopPad was super easy to install for our store. The options available within the general settings allow you to customize, but aren't overwhelming. The changes you make are real-time, too. That made it easy to experiment, and then reload my browser on the iPhone to see the results.

Speaking of responsiveness, ShopPad staff are super accessible. I emailed expecting a delayed, two or three day response time. Instead, I found a personalized email waiting for me when I flipped back to my email client. Since then, ShopPad staff have been friendly and helpful with my questions.

There are two things that I think need to be improved (already shared with app developer): 1. There is no true "homepage" in ShopPad. Visitors to your site are immediately met with your collections, so it's tough to introduce visitors to your image and look as you would on a Shopify desktop site. 2. The collections are automatically displayed in alphabetical order. We've taken great care to organize our products to optimize sales. It's a huge bummer to lose that in your mobile site. If we uninstall ShopPad, it will be for this reason.

I've given 4 stars in anticipation of these two issues being fixed in an upcoming update, as I've been told by ShopPad staff. Looking forward to it!

Update on Fablet review. Customer Service helped clear up the info about the free goodies!! The mobile site to select a plan wasn't optimized properly and they fixed that right away!! For those of you wondering how their response time is...well, it's super fast!! They aim to fix problems and satisfy their customers needs. So go install the app and test it out!!

Previous review --> Had to install before finding this out. For you testers, it does come with a 30 day trial. Hope this rating isn't taken down so others can read it so they don't get the run around either.

Great company and great support. Have to take a star away for the lack of TEMPLATES. Their site template isnt bad, but its very generic. They dont OFFER any chat except tidio, you cant use loyalty system at all. Just not an option. Would give them higher ratings but those 2 alone had to make me leave. ONCE again their customer support is great; product just isnt all there
