I love this app, I am using it over and over again on all the websites that I work on. It is a great way to encourage sales and get people back to your website for purchases.
It's cool, but why it is not centred on mobile? It look ugly, Also Name of the product doesn't fit the window and many dots ...

I like the way the App looks and the 'verified' notice which makes it more authentic and genuine. The only thing I would change or shorten is the customers address as it can appear too long.
