App is good and does what it says, Support is quite good too. Using the import function is a waste of time and doesn't work at all! would love to see this fixed permanently. Every time iv tried to use it iv had to contact support and get them to do it as it doesn't work properly. Which means you miss deadlines and have to wait for support!

The support team is unmatched! I wanted more customization on my product pages for the bundles we created submitted a ticket next thing I know they had already made a copy and coded the customization I wanted. So it may be simple but they are willing to stretch the boundaries of there program!!

This app works great for what we need! We wanted bundles but with individual SKUs in the bundle to go to our fulfillment, and we could easily achieve that with this app. When we ran into an issue with our bundles being combined with subscription products in an order, they were EXTREMELY helpful and attentive and helped me solve my problem from beginning to end. I was very impressed with the customer service.
I would say about 4.5 out of 5, only because sometimes the fixes to problems are not obvious and take some time to sort. But again, the customer service was 10/10 and very patient.

I would have highly recommended this, but the last support ticket that was impacting sales took them more than 24 hours to get back to me in which they then stated it wasn't their app that was impacting the issue and they directed me to other bundle apps to try. I then turned to Shopify Help in which they said the issue was due to a previous app that was deleted and left junk code. So yes, Simple Bundles support was correct, but communication and support dragged on way longer than it should have with an answer that wasn't helpful. Other than this, it's simple to use and build bundles and does what I need to for the time being.

simple and easy to use. helps in managing inventory for bundles. however i was hoping the bundle inventory sync can happen more quickly after inventory for the items contained in the bundle was updated. right now need to remember to trigger the bundle quantity sync after adjusting inventory.

The app is really well thinking but if you manage your inventory with a CMS like QB Commerce the inventory will always get at 0 since QB will sync the inventory he has and that is not the one coming from Shopify. Also when a bundle is sold, in the invoice, you will have all the product that the bundle contain at 0$. That can be an issue if your bundle contain 10-15 products because it does big invoice. Support are great and fast. They helped us solving the issue with QB Commerce.

Thanks for your thoughtful review and for sharing your feedback! Simple Bundles works well with 3PL software that integrates with Shopify inventory. Since you're using Quickbooks Commerce to manage your inventory, we would recommend using its native bundling functionality.

Overall great experience. Customer support is knowledgeable and eager to solve any problems you may have. One thing to note is that Simple Bundles does not seem to work with a drawer-style cart (at least in my case). It needs a POST request and does not use AJAX through JavaScript to add the items to the cart. Therefore the page needs to reload and show the cart page for the app to work properly. After setting my cart to a page instead of a drawer it worked great.
