The support team is unmatched! I wanted more customization on my product pages for the bundles we created submitted a ticket next thing I know they had already made a copy and coded the customization I wanted. So it may be simple but they are willing to stretch the boundaries of there program!!

Overall great experience. Customer support is knowledgeable and eager to solve any problems you may have. One thing to note is that Simple Bundles does not seem to work with a drawer-style cart (at least in my case). It needs a POST request and does not use AJAX through JavaScript to add the items to the cart. Therefore the page needs to reload and show the cart page for the app to work properly. After setting my cart to a page instead of a drawer it worked great.

simple and easy to use. helps in managing inventory for bundles. however i was hoping the bundle inventory sync can happen more quickly after inventory for the items contained in the bundle was updated. right now need to remember to trigger the bundle quantity sync after adjusting inventory.

We absolutely LOVE this app. it has been able to generate additional sales to our business tenfold. It gives customers control on how and what they purchase. It is nearly a perfect fit.
The only flaw we have with this set up is the apps inability to amortise the discount across the skus in the bundle. What it does is discounts each SKU 100% - This really messes with the reporting/financials and is a huge huge flaw. It is something the developer really needs to fix as it is a major issue for high traffic stores - we have raised this issue multiple times but there is still no change.

The customer service is outstanding. They are prompt and extremely helpful. We have been using this product for a while now and really love it. Customer service is key as we all know and they do excel at this.

We would give the app a 5+ star rating if it was able to work with unpaid orders (Purchase Orders). The only piece that we would love to see is the ability for bundles to work with purchase orders. Since these are unpaid the app will not populate as it does with paid orders.

When processing a paid order it is fantastic. This has helped us with the packing of the bundles as it shows each item and has assisted us with inventory as it deducts each item from our stock. Great product with one small pitfall. It could be an easy one for the developer to fix. If they are able to fix this issue then we cannot see any downfalls to this app.

Very quick and helpful, very supportive staff.

The only thing missing for us is the bundle name coming over in Ship Station within the individual product line (as our customers tend to order multiple bundles, it can be confusing as to which product belongs to which bundle group) this would make it 10/10 for us to complete our needs on the fulfilment side.

App is good and does what it says, Support is quite good too. Using the import function is a waste of time and doesn't work at all! would love to see this fixed permanently. Every time iv tried to use it iv had to contact support and get them to do it as it doesn't work properly. Which means you miss deadlines and have to wait for support!

This app works great for what we need! We wanted bundles but with individual SKUs in the bundle to go to our fulfillment, and we could easily achieve that with this app. When we ran into an issue with our bundles being combined with subscription products in an order, they were EXTREMELY helpful and attentive and helped me solve my problem from beginning to end. I was very impressed with the customer service.
I would say about 4.5 out of 5, only because sometimes the fixes to problems are not obvious and take some time to sort. But again, the customer service was 10/10 and very patient.
