Simple Bundles & Kits

We have had so many problems in the paste finding a bundling app that works for our apparel ecommerce store but simple bundles truly is simple and their support team is amazing and very quick at replying! I highly recommend this app:)

Shadia was extra helpful and tried to guide me through a complicated problem of incorrect pictures assigning to the variances. She run extra mile to see the settings herself and provided a detailed advise of how to approach the problem with Shopify. Moreover she helped me with the tedious task of assigning products to the variances as she understood how frustrating it must have been for me when systems don't work as expected. Amazing app that does exactly what I need and is simple to use. However, the customer support is on another level! We had some compatibility issues with shopify where some bundle orders were processed without breaking out the items individually to make it easy for fulfillment, however their coders helped to implement workarounds for me while they wait for shopify to update their code. Very much appreciate incredible service like this, so thank you for a great experience.

I was having difficulty setting up a bundle and the team was really great in helping me, walking me through step by step. It is now setup and working great.

Support is never online and I don't think they even really know how to use the app. Most of the time they seem to be looking at the wrong bundles in your store or seem confused. The app seems to have lots of glitches like variants going OOS randomly. Haven't found a better option yet though as all these bundle apps seem to have issues.

The latest glitch seems to drop products from the bundle so when customer order 2 items their order is only reflecting 1. We have checked the bundle on the back and all items seem connected but support seems pretty clueless as to how to resolve this. Very frustrating.

Great App. Solves our backend inventory issues. The user interface makes sense. Customer support is excellent, they respond within a few hours if not less.

A really useful, flexible, easy-to-use app with unique functionality. Our site uses quite complex bundles, and we reached out to Freshly support multiple times for advice and assistance with creating the behaviour we wanted. On every occasion they were fantastic!
