Very cost effective solution for updating inventory. App runs super fast and support is amazing; whenever we have had an issue, it is handled quickly and thoroughly.
I am extremely disappointed with the Simple Inventory app. A recent glitch caused significant errors in both our pricing and inventory data, resulting in financial losses and disruptions to our sales. This is unacceptable for a tool that is supposed to simplify inventory management.
The lack of reliability in such a critical aspect of our business has seriously affected our operations. If these issues are not addressed urgently, we must look for more reliable alternatives. I cannot recommend this app to any business that values accurate inventory and pricing data.

After conducting a thorough investigation, I provided clear evidence that the changes to your pricing and inventory data were not caused by the Simple Inventory app. However, I stopped receiving correspondence from you after sharing this evidence. While I’m more than happy to assist with any issues related to our app, this review does not accurately reflect its reliability. I have had great luck with this App managing inventory for 5 locations plus automations with vendor hosted CSV files. I use it for Inventory, Pricing, Tag updating all much easier than using Shopifys uploads. Had some issues with things not loading and Chris was great in helping get it taken care of right away. Highly recommend this app.

We've been using simple inventory for years and it's great. It gives us the ability to reconcile inventory on a daily basis, as we do a significant portion of our business outside of Shopify.

I have been using this app for doing simple Inventory count changes to over 6000 items and to update my Pricing. Works Perfect. Great App!
Absolute slam-dunk best app decision we have ever made. We operate a physical store in addition to shopify and attempting to manage both using any of the options we initially ran across was either too expensive or terribly inefficient. In downloading this we had to adjust the SKU's for all of our products (well in the thousands of variants) in order for this app to function properly but I do not doubt at all that it has been worth it. So long as this app does not have a price hike, dip in service, or dip in reliability, it is undoubtedly an All-Star application as far as we are concerned.
