The app is good, works well. There is a issue for stores currently that are not on plus plans that cannot enable multipass, you will only be logged in on one device.
Other than that the dev & support team is very good.
SimplyOTP was easy to install and the team helped with the annual upgrade. Plugin is easy to use and helps in validating our customers.
