A fantastic app to use. The fact that you can perform OTP transactions via Email, Whatsapp, and SMS. A must-have application.
not working. many customers faced error message. when reached to customer support no response. after installation still customer seeing same login.
Have been using it, I didn't knew how to implement it and sent a mail to team, the very next business day Mr. Shivam was there to guide and help. This man is truly supportive, understand pain points and does his job the best.I am impressed by CS team. Thanks

Started using the lucent app for otp login, good experience till now.
Very useful app. Team was able to match up to our requirements.
The App never worked as promised. After several contacts with the support for weeks to solve the problem of the OTP code not being sent by sms to the mobile numbers in Portugal, the problem was never solved and we had to uninstall the APP.
Thank you for your feedback and for waiting for us to assist you. Our team has tested the Portgul number and it appears to be working fine from our end. However, it's possible that you may have activated the DND (Do Not Disturb) service, which could be preventing you from receiving Firebase OTPs. We are currently exploring other service providers in Portgul that may be able to help us enable OTP service in your area.
