SKU IQ has been great! I started using another app and couldn’t get it to work. I downloaded SKU IQ and it was so easy to get started and all of my products linked up! Took so much time off my hands. 10/10 recommend!!

I like this app so far. It was very easy to set up. I recommend watching the instructional video provided by SKU IQ. I run into an issue on my end I couldn't figure our and their tech support walked me through it patiently. That's really important to me with any app I work with. I give them 10 plus stars on their tech support. I'm really happy with my TikTok shop set up so far. I will be holding on to this app.

So far so good, I had a hiccup yesterday when I first tried to install it (because of their dashboard going down) so I freaked out and uninstalled it then tried again today and got on support and in about 20 minutes all of my products were in and I was rolling! Support was super helpful, and I will note, I have tried about 3 others so far and had nothing but issues and LOTS of time wasted, so this was wonderful end result for me.

I can't say enough good things about SKUIQ! The customer service is excellent. When I needed help syncing my Shopify website to TikTok I received help right away. The rep who helped was patient and understanding.

HUGE Time saver!! Easy to set up and use. Love that there are walk through steps on how to get everything completed. Had to reach out to chat support for help on something I could not figure out myself, Teshanie was very professional and answered my questions and resolved my issue within minutes.

SKU IQ has some of the best customer service. Our setup was easy because of how quickly their team is available to jump in for any roadblocks you might run into. Most of us are used to hour-long wait times through chat boxes, but they are speedy and efficient whether it's via chat, email, or during onboarding calls.
I feel really confident in using their platform thanks to the amazing onboarding experience. Our company has referred several other CPG brands to try them out and everyone agrees - SKU IQ is superior!
