SKU IQ has some of the best customer service. Our setup was easy because of how quickly their team is available to jump in for any roadblocks you might run into. Most of us are used to hour-long wait times through chat boxes, but they are speedy and efficient whether it's via chat, email, or during onboarding calls.
I feel really confident in using their platform thanks to the amazing onboarding experience. Our company has referred several other CPG brands to try them out and everyone agrees - SKU IQ is superior!
At first, I was very confused about how to link my TikTok to my Shopify shop, however, SKU took their time to teach me 1 on 1 in a call how to do everything to perfection. Although the price may seem like a bit for most people, I can surely say it's worth it and they even give you a free trial before you make any purchase I would definitely recommend it

Such an easy and seamless way to integrate TikTok Shop with Shopify, manage orders and sync inventory. It's almost like I don't even have to think about it anymore! + extra points for the speedy and effective support every time I've had a question :)

I've used a few 3rd party apps to connect Shopify to X marketplace, and SkuCommerce was super easy! The trickier part is on the tiktok seller side - there are bugs with updating ingredients and whatnot. SkuCommerce side was clean and simple though, and their support team was all over any questions. Give them a shot!

So far it has been a great experience I had tried so hard to make it work on my own but wasn't able to upload my TikTok products until I got the orientation call it was beyond amazing/I wish I could recall the person that helped me he was so knowledgeable I will recommend the Sku app to anyone.

I've tried several different apps to sync my Square POS to my Shopify store but this was the only one that has been successful. It's been a seamless integration and I recommend anyone trying to manage and sync inventories between platforms to stop looking elsewhere and try this one definitely.
