Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads

Andrew and the team at Sky Pilot are fantastic. This app integrates perfectly with our subscription services and setup was relatively seamless. Any questions I've had have been answered within minutes and they always offer solutions. If you have a subscription based service and need to get PDF's out to your clients in an easy manner, this is an excellent app.

Sky Pilot has been one of those apps that is easy to take for granted - its always reliable, intuitive to use - I forget its not built right into Shopify. We've never had a problem delivering files.

Recently, we skyrocketed our sales volume - and Sky Pilot is a tool that keeps everything running smoothly for us. As I could have expected from this wonderful app, there were 0 struggles or issues that arose from the higher volume.

Then I got an email - straight from Andrew himself. I hadn't considered that more volume = wayyyyy more use. He took the time out of his life to contact me and let me know that there was a (much) more cost efficient plan for my usage. Who does that? Blown away - Andrew and his team have set the bar prettttty high for service. Other apps, are you listening?

Great app and customer service! I was using another app for sending digital files beforehand but I switched to Sky Pilot because the interface and user experience is much better, and with my current needs I don't think any other app can beat the price (I'm on the starter plan).

I'm giving 5 stars because I have had a really good experience with Sky Pilot - HOWEVER I would have liked to be able to sort my uploaded files into folders before attaching them to the products in my store. I sell digital sewing patterns for women, and for each design I have 1-2 style choices as well as 7 size categories (so up to 14 different categories of files for 1 product). So it's a bit of headache to match the right files with the right sub-product etc when you can't group the files in folders. BUT I have searched the marked for apps that can do this and it seems no app is offering this service anyway...

Amazing App that was just what I was looking for! Great customer service, easy install and my customers from my previous digital download provider didn't lose their download links because Sky Pilot was able to import their purchase data and supply new links to their download right in their customer account. Very happy with this app!

We installed this app to deliver our digital products -- ebooks, echarts, eposters -- to customers of our music education shop (www.roedyblack.com). Skypilot is incredible. Does exactly why I need it to do for my online training series. And the customer support kicks ass. Andrew the founder was incredibly generous with his time and patient as he walked me through the set up and integration for my store. 5 stars for Andrew. An app is only as good as its customer support. He's the man. Bottom line, Skypilot is brilliant, well designed, simple to use, highly secure and it'll make u money if you are Selling content. I am glad that I selected Sky Pilot. Support email replies always within a day and super helpful. Vimeo integration makes streaming videos for our customers @ winktolearn.com alot easier.

Excellent App, integrates very well

POSITIVES:
-downloads are fulfilled automatically whilst still keeping regular products on manual fulfillment (if you've chosen that)
-you can set the amount of times a product can be downloaded
-integrates seamlessly into the checkout process
-people can download your product directly from your website (using the provided email link)

I highly recommend this app to anyone starting in digital downloads, takes seconds to signup and seconds to integrate.

I am very happy with it.
