First and foremost, this app's customer service is outstanding, responsive and accessible in real time with real people. I had some unique issues today and Lina on Chat was very professional and accommodating. Not happy overall, the adding of files is great and easy but the emails go to customer's spam.

While spam filters are controlled by the customer's email provider, we can definitely help you and your customers mitigate this. We previously sent you an email to assist, but haven't heard back yet.
