I've had SkyPilot for a long, long time and I've never had a single issue with it. I'm not the most tech-y person, but it's simple to use. Definitely an excellent way to deliver digital products.

First and foremost, this app's customer service is outstanding, responsive and accessible in real time with real people. I had some unique issues today and Lina on Chat was very professional and accommodating. This app makes it possible for me to have the highest quality experience for users of my digital files who aren't necessarily the buyers of my digital files. Highly recommend.

Not happy overall, the adding of files is great and easy but the emails go to customer's spam.

While spam filters are controlled by the customer's email provider, we can definitely help you and your customers mitigate this. We previously sent you an email to assist, but haven't heard back yet.
Please reach back out so we can help! To ensure your emails reach the inbox, we'll even enable our White Label Email feature for free so you can send emails from your own domain. Reply to our support message or hit us up in chat anytime so we can get this sorted for you.

This app has been a game changer for my business. It makes it so, so so ridiculously easy to attach downloads to products and have them shipped automatically to my customers without worry. I highly recommend it, and I've got to say the customer service is outstanding. Don't think twice, just do it. It will make your life so much easier. And no… They didn't pay me to say this! Lol.

I like SkyPilot a lot. I've been using it for a few years now and it makes digital file delivery easy for me and my customers. I do wish there was an option for customers to click "download all" though.

Highly recommend SkyPilot - from a digital shop owner with over 28,000 digital file orders. :) Customer support is always quick and very thorough. Kenan especially was amazing, answering questions and offering support for solutions I hadn't even thought of relating to my original question.
