Sky Pilot was instrumental for our site launch. We found a last minute display issue on the website and the Sky Pilot developer team stepped in and fixed the issue in few hours. Also the service works as you would expect, stable and reliable. For now it is a 5 star review.

I've been using Sky Pilot for almost a month now, it's a big upgrade from the default digital downloads from Shopify. The interface is nice and easy to navigate. The support is unmatched, they reply within minutes and always helpful and would do any neccessary adjustments to fit your theme.

Installed it today on an existing website. No problems.
After trying a couple different options on Shopify, Sky Pilot is definitely the best downloads app for my business. Nitesh helped set up my digital library exactly how I wanted it and he was great at explaining parts I didn’t understand. I give five stars for customer service (quick and knowledgeable) and five stars for Sky Pilot having the features I need.
