First I'll talk about the team. I started messaging sky pilot for customizations in the app that suits my website, and a cooperative, lovely, smiling, professional team welcomed me.
They quickly understood my needs and started implementing them straight away. I also owe Alessandro a special thank you for all his perfect assistance and for having the time to listen, meet and implement. The team is so aligned to their business values, to assist businesses to the digital world.
As for the app itself, it is so easy to use, it has an easy interface. I couldn't have found something better than that.

Excellence! Easy to set up, easy to use and easy to access support. Our customer feedback on using this new app with Sky Pilot has been nothing but positive - we are currently migrating all of our digital files from our old app to this platform. Andrew at Sky Pilot was accessible within minutes to solve a few questions on our end - stellar all around! We would highly recommend this app for anyone offering digital files.

Die App funktioniert wie es soll, und bei Probleme ist man bei dem Kundenservice sehr gut aufgehoben und es wird einem sehr schnell geholfen! Auch bei Vorschläge und Verbesserungen wird ganz schnell reagiert - innerhalb einer Woche wurde ein neuer Button mit "Produkt bereits erworben" implementiert! Mehr Kundensupport und -offenheit kann man nicht erwarten!

This app is exactly what my business needed! We used to process digital orders manually, and we always thought there HAD to be a better way to do it. Turns out there is a MUCH better way, and that way is Sky Pilot.
The set-up process was completely painless. We were able to figure out most of the set-up on our own, and when we had occasional questions for support, they provided quick and exceptional help.
When we were getting close to our storage cap, we reached out, and they created a custom plan based on our needs.
