We decided to move away from MailChimp prompted by the discontinuation of the platform from Shopify. SmartrMail looked like a great option, and so far we are very pleased! Nicolas and his team helped migrate our subscriber list and also duplicated our previous Home page Pop Up. We also did an on boarding training to learn how to create and send email messages. Their pricing is fair and the system is user friendly. Happy customer - thanks guys!!

Smartrmail product and customer service is second to none. They can't do enough for you and their response rates are amazing. They are always on the end of the emails or live chat straight away and I couldn't of wished for better service. Jesse is currently helping us make changes in our account and to our emails and it's just amazing the lengths him and the team are going to, couldn't have wished for a better service. THANK YOU!!!

Responsive team. I had a few issues and they quickly resolved it - working great. Love it. Simple with lots of functions. Will upgrade to paid version when I hit the max level for free.

I love this app! I'm not computer savvy at all, but through this app, I've been able to create beautiful, professional level newsletters for my customers. I also love how it tracks who is opening, who is clicking, and who is purchasing. This app is definitely an 11/10 and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to step up their marketing game! Smart mail is very user-friendly and I love how much I can get done from my phone.
I appreciate how quickly the app refreshes and how easy it is to understand. I am not technically savvy and this app makes things so much easier for me.
I will have it for a while.

I have been a mailchimp customer for years but as subscribers grew, so did the fees where it was costing iver $125 per month. I am not a regular sender of emails so this was too expensive. So far I have found Smartrmail to be great, their customer service excellent and it isn't too complicated (like Mailchimp). Also great to support an Australian business :-)
