Smartrr is miles better than every other subscription out there! An absolute essential for any brand that prioritizes CX. The team is incredible, and truly helps create everything you can dream of. Cannot recommend highly enough! :)

The Smartrr team and app are way "smarter" than the other subscription management apps in the market. The transition was so easy and painless. Had some issues setting up Smartrr using a headless site but we were able to figure it out eventually! The thematic logged in experience for our subscribers now is SO much better than we had before. We are also interested in playing around with some custom discounting based on order number. All in all excited to grow our subscription program with Smartrr.

The core functionality works well, but very dissapointing experience with support. I've reached out over the last 3 months about broken Gorgias integration, which they advertise. All I get is the team is looking at it. Never any followup unless I email.

Great! Our transition from Recharge was very smooth and the team here is very attentive! We have our own CSM which we didn't have before, and I just love how we can get support for any of our issues in less than 24-hours. Every one of our issues has been solved so far! My only complaint is why we have to pay extra for analytics telling us how many subscribers we have + rev generated etc... Other ...
