I need this app deleted permanently from my store. I have uninstalled it but it still shows in the store sections. Such a pest! I need immediate action now!

We apologize for the negative experience you had with our app. Regarding the issue you mentioned, apps are currently not allowed to automatically remove any data from a merchant's store before being uninstalled. However, we have a solution for you. Please follow the instructions provided in this article https://docs.smind.io/guides/deleting-data
If you have already uninstalled our app, kindly reinstall it and follow the steps to delete the data before uninstalling again.
