I've had Social Photos installed for 5 years and it has been awesome for keeping all my customer photos. For most of those 5 years, I have been extremely happy with the app and I recommend it often!
It wasn't until recently that I needed to reach out to support and literally had the best app support experience of my life!

Great support over the years, especially most recently from Oky Sabeni who helped me through a confusing problem (a problem of my own making lol). Aside from all that, the app just works great and I suggest any brand start ASAP with UGC. It makes a big difference and pays off big.

Great app that allows our customers to share their photos outside of a review. We feel like this is more likely to get UGC than in a review that requires someone to write up something so that is nice. The team is swift to respond and has helped through any updates or small custom needs as requested.

An easy app to use with many extra features that we are yet to use but hope to in future. Oky Sabeni was very quick and helpful in setting up an extra feature to upload a custom logo to appear next to customer photo uploads which was much appreciated
So far loving the app and the customer support which is super friendly! They implemented a few features I needed very quickly, and I'm very pleased with the turnaround! I've been looking for a gallery app that allows you to tag products so you can create UGC product galleries for ages. The layouts are stylish, and the app is VERY customisable.
