I have been running my boutique on Facebook for the last 4 years and have been trying to figure out ways to make it an easier checkout process, as well as not having to spend 10 hours a day invoicing my customers. This App is like an employee that can invoice for me all day, and now I have time to concentrate on other aspects of my business. The company is really great to work with and is constantly looking for ways to improve and help our business.

I love the simplicity of it. I am able to add my products prior to my live or on the spot. I love that the app invoices my customers for me. This app has helped me tremendously. The stress of invoicing and checking on customers invoices to see if they are paid or not has been eliminated and I can be more present as a mom, wife and teacher! I have struggled lately with the app ending suddenly but not too concerned about it as Joe has been helpful along the way and I’m confident will help me resolve this issue

I LOVE this system. It is not cumbersome or complicated as some alternatives are; no synching inventory or having to deal with accounting/money in several places. Way easier for customers too!! I love that it keeps customers on my site and they don't have to agree to anything or sign up or anything like that. They are used to the ShopPay and checking out on my site, and this allows them to continue to do that. I have a brick and mortar too and this allows all my inventory to seamlessley synch, all my customer/income data to be in one place and that is just a beautiful thing! This is just so simple I'm excited to have found you. I look forward to the features coming!

Thanks for your review! Yes it doesn't make sense to adopt a separate shopping cart system along with a separate mobile app just to do your live sales. Our goal is to automate your current workflow, and not make you or your customers change existing behaviors. No Facebook jail ever with our app either :)

This app has been so helpful to me as a small business in aiding with live sales, I found the price afordable for smaller retailers and the help desk is very quick to respond with any questions Ive had! They also check in periodically to check in on the efficiency of their app. Give it a try! I'm glad I did!

I love this app! The automatic daily posting of products is a huge time saver for me and going live is so easy!

I used this app to help me do Invoicing . I LOVE this app because it gives me more time to focus on other areas of my business . Also this apps help minimize mistakes and helps keep inventory errors to a minimum. Customer service is AWESOME ‼️

UPDATE 4/9/21: We were privileged to be a part of their BETA program for overlays and just did a live shopping broadcast last night using their new, very easy to use overlay functionality from our phone. Previously we were streaming through OBS with hi-res webcam (if you don't know what that is, it's not important), but not only is it so much easier using a smart phone, but we no longer struggle with the focus issues of a webcam. So-- if you're a retailer and not doing live shopping events, you really need to explore this great alternative sales channel that will add a new revenue stream that is too valuable to pass up. We just jumped in and we've been building a loyal audience with our weekly broadcasts. What we've found is not only are customers enjoying purchasing during the broadcasts, many customers become aware of the store by virtue of the fact that we do these broadcasts. Keeping your customers engaged is so important and this is just one more GREAT way to do that. Oh- and Joe/Lars have been absolutely awesome in both answering questions and being immediately responsive when needed. Love love love this tool! You will too!
We just did our first FB Live event using this app and it went surprisingly well. We've considered Comment Sold as many of our retail colleagues have decided to use. As we are a Shopify store (both web and POS), sending customers to another platform as Comment Sold was not something we wanted to do. That's what's great about this app - it keeps everyone in the same ecosystem. From the customer side, it seems everything went smoothly. On our side, we had full transparency into carts as they were being built. What we discovered was that we could edit draft carts for the few customers who had problems (wrong variant, missing a product that wanted, etc.) The reminder messages to customers appears to have been effective as we only had one customer not follow through with checkout. Sold.as FB's fee is reasonable compared to Comment Sold and I've found their support to be very responsive and helpful. Mellow Monkey fully recommends this app to anyone looking to manage orders on Facebook Live. If you're not already doing FB Live shopping sessions, you're missing out on a nice revenue stream to complement your B&M and/or web business. Just jump in and give it a try!
