This app is great. I started receiving more than the usual amount of returns during the pandemic and keeping track of returns manually was starting to get messy. I tried a few other apps which provided a portal for returns but unfortunately the way it was integrated did not work properly and took the visitor to an external looking page. The main benefit of this app is the proxy returns center which will be implemented to match your current theme for a seamless look as if it came by default. The returns center itself is working effortlessly and provides all the templates ready to go without much setup needed. This is a life saver app if you encounter regular returns. Have not tried the return labels feature with Collect+ yet but that would definitely add the finishing professional touch for your E-Commerce store. All of this for free and I must say this is the go to at the moment for a "Returns" app.

Excellent service would recommend for people to use. Tom ensures there is regular updates and help, however sometimes getting hold of collectplus can be hard

This app has the best customer service ever. Our business does a lot of exchanges and some returns, which takes up a lot of time manually. I'm very happy with how Clicksit will automate part of this process for us.

We have recently added Clicksit to our store to provide a much better experience to our customers. Free returns gives our potential buyers piece of mind when investing in our products. From our side, Clicksit is easily setup and functions great. Constructive criticism would be that return delivery times are long and that the cost per return is rather high. Hopefully both things can be improved in the near future.

This app is making it very easy for me to handle returns. Really just a flew clicks and it's handled (compared to a few minutes per return through email like I did before). Easy to set up so highly recommended.

Nice app! Works well overall. I had a small glitch that was caused by entering two email addresses for return updates, but customer service helped me solve that rather quickly.

We've used Clicksit Return Center for some time now (the free version) and are quite happy with it: solid app. Easy to request a return / exchange for the customer and easy to handle from the backend. I am sure there are lots of features that could make the app more productive for us (analyse the returns, give more order details etc.) and there aren't many options to customise - however as a free app this one really does a good job!
