Really easy to use, love that it is free! Great service. My customers love the ease of use. I highly recommend.
Very nice app, works quite well, easy to install and use. One of the best thing is that it works within your website and your main top menu always stays where it is in the page where customers starts return process. With other apps I've tried, you lose your menu.
Only Collect+ destinations for returns so far, maybe a post office might make things easier for customers

I download and tried several other returns apps but this one was the best by far. It was simple to setup and very easy to use. What's best of all is the price of the app - FREE. There is a $9/month option which I may elect to use in the future but right the free version is meeting all my need to track my returns.
A really bad service, not one parcel has been returned to us correctly and no reimbursement for the packages lost!
Hi Mirame, apologies for your experience here. Reviewing your account there appears to have been an issue with your address setup which has caused parcels to be held. Clicksit support
We've successfully tested this app to manage our returns process and I must say this is a very slick process. This massively takes the pain away from the customer as it's a fully automated digital process right down to the return label, which you don't even need to print. Adds extra value to our internal processes and we can now manage the returns in one place. 5 stars for me.
We've just started to use Clicksit and so far we are fans. It's easy to use and integrate with many different CRMs and Ticketing systems. Would recommend
