Put products or collections on sale. Overlapping sales do not discount the same product twice.

The discounted item is the cheapest from the a group of products part of the offer. If there are multiple
groups of products, we group similarly priced items together.


Multiple simultaneous offers work fine, even for same collections.














Bundle


Purchase complementary products at a discounted Bundle price.


Examples:

  • $888 Outfit: Suit, Shirt & Tie

  • Shorts & Running shoes at $149

  • 4 Essential Oils and Diffuser at $99














Credit


Credit offers work best on POS, in brick and mortar stores. These give a Credit for customers returning an
item. Credit is not stored on customer account, it can only be applied on current cart.


Examples


  • Return an empty bottle, get $1 off your next order
    (define a free Empty Bottle product in your admin, and add it to cart)

  • Use a printed coupon to get $10 off
    (define a free $10 Coupon product in your admin, and add it to cart)














Free Gift


Motivate customers to spend more by offering gifts for various cart amount thresholds. Works great with Shopify

Upsell / Cross-sell

FAQ


What are known limitations?



Offers work only in full cart page. Go to Themes > Customize Theme and set cart type to Page (or ask your theme developer
how to disable the popup cart).



Offers work only in the online store. Other channels (Buy button, Facebook...) can't show discounts or purchase at discounted
prices. POS works usually, but we can't support it, due to many POS limitations and lack of reliability.



Orders which include a recurring subscription product can't be discounted.



Shipping discounts do not work with orders having special offer discounts. Shopify discount codes on prices do work (enable
in app Settings).



Do you duplicate variants or products?



NO, that would create inventory and other issues. We do NOT duplicate variants. Zero issues with Inventory and Channels.



Are there incompatible apps?



Yes, some apps take control over Checkout and discounts won't apply:



  • Upsell apps (e.g. Product Upsell, OneClick Upsell, CartHook Checkout). Ultimate Special Offers has Upsells
    built-in, if needed.

  • Consistent Cart, CartHook

  • The Motivator


Can I set specific start/end times for an offer? How about being applicable only to some customers?

I have a currency converter and prices show in original currency



Some currency formatters don't handle dynamic prices well.
Auto Currency Switcher app always works.



Can I offer shipping discounts?



No, sorry, only price discounts on products are possible.

Had some troubles with other apps that had technical issues (i.e. deal I set was different from the deal displayed on my store).

Have found this app very helpful! Great functionality and deal options. Would recommend

We used the USO app for a single sale (Buy 3, Pay 2) and the app worked perfectly! Easy to use and if you are familiar with little coding, it's also easy to edit the style and translation of the app.
We were on free trail so we don't use the app anymore, but if we ever do another sale option but just discounts, we will definitely come backt to USO again! I really enjoyed working with the app, because it just did what we wanted it do do - and it has many more options!

If we could give less than a star, we would. We used and prepared for the BIG Holiday shopping days (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) and the app allowed a few of our customers to use the offer we had created and set up but instead of BOGO 50% off, it allowed 2 customers to purchase items online ALL at 50% off! We lost out on a lot of money thanks to this app. We are so incredibly upset about this.

I love how easy to use this app is! I tried another discount app and it was way more complicated. I'm not a techie girl so any app that works easily and gets the job done is a dream!

Also, the support team is awesome and gets back to you right away!

Needed it for BUY X, GEY Y AT 50% OFF

First the good:
1. It is very easy to install & use. No coding required.
2. No need to create a "hidden" duplicate collection (the discounted products that will be offered)- that can be a very tedious task if you had to make one. With this, you simply choose the products you want to offer, then set the discount rate.

The bad:
1. The pop-up (offered discounted products) had a very poor design/lay-out. Looked very cheap.
2. Only 8 products can be included in the pop-up. I had much more products to offer so this app was not useful.
3. Customer service: 12-24 hour response which is a bit on the slow side if you are running a live site and need help asap.

I used Discounted Upsells by Booster Apps instead. It has it's own faults, but better than this one.

Truly terrible experience. Using this app has made our Black Friday promotional weekend incredibly stressful and frustrating for our marketing team, drove a terrible customer experience for a large percentage of our customers, AND created a ton of additional work for our customer service support team. The app crashed at 12:01 on Black Friday morning and took close to an hour to come back online. Requests for support remain unanswered 3 days later. We were all in on this campaign so weren't able to change our messaging and had to go forward with our Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer for the whole period. At this point (mid-way through Cyber Monday), a full 10% of orders did not receive the discount. We've spent hours troubleshooting every scenario and are not able to identify any reason that some orders would not be discounted, and have been forced to reach out to every impacted customer to refund their orders after the fact. A HUGE time suck, terrible experience, zero support, and hate to even think about the potential loss for our business. I'll never use this app or any from this developer again, and recommend you avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give this app 0 stars. It kept malfunctioning and was giving people 50% off there most expensive item. Lost hundreds of dollars and could not reach support or get any sort of help. DON'T DO IT GUYS. There are many better alternatives.
