We needed an app where we could manually choose products to associate with our products. Spice Gems actually offers 2 different options with this app and the Easy Related Items app, We chose Product Addons for now. The customer service is EXCELLENT! The are responsive and fully document any changes that are necessary to your theme in a clear organized fashion. I am delighted to give them this review. Working with them has been a pleasure.

We are on trial but are convinced to subscribe afterwards. Installing the app is very simple as well as handling in the backend, creating and adding addons. The app does what it promises. You can also install and test in a theme duplicate which is very useful. The support is excellent, all customizations were implemented asap, Shipra was very helpful, thank you!

Does not work well with collections. Have probably lost thousands of dollars in sells because I did not realize that product was not adding to cart correctly and causing customers to abandon cart in great numbers!
This app works great for my store. I reached out for a small layout change request and they were on top of it. They sent me two options and had it up and running in no time. The app is super easy to use and allows me to offer added options for my customers.

I would definitely recommend this app, we sell gift hampers and it is perfect for the customer to be able to add some extra chocolates etc to their gift hamper. Spice gems will be my first choice when it comes to choosing apps.
