We needed a different app for add-on products after we realised the limitations in our previous one. SpiceGems replied to our queries very promptly before we added this app and were able to reassure us that they could solve our problems. Once we installed the app the team has been extremely fast and helpful in customising both the appearance and functionality of the add-on feature for us. I feel comfortable that any future issues we have or changes we want to make will be dealt with quickly and to a high standard.

It does the job for add-ons. Support is quick and no-nonsense. The rest of this is just to reach 100 characteers in the review :-)

This is the second Shopify store that we built. The first app we installed was Product Addons. This is not just because of the App, it is powerful and versatile, that is 30% of the reason. The other 70% comes down to the INCREDIBLE support of the team.

We wanted to do somethings very niche to us (we offer 2,000+ products with many customisations) and they helped us without any hesitation, even helping us on a bug from the theme affecting the product page. I finally found the app I was looking for with Easy Product Addons! Super easy to use and allowed me to display my accessory products on my main product page as up sells.

I had a couple custom requests, and Shipra was very quick to respond and fulfilled my requests to be exactly what I was asking for. Couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend using this app for anyone who wants to have an attractive and easy solution for incorporating add ons with their website.

So far, this app is very basic. I have two big problems. The first problem is that I have the ability to configure add-ons on each product or collection, which adding them within each collection speeds up the configuration process for us tremendously. However, I can only configure a discount for add-ons added only on individual products, not collections. The second problem is there is no way to see how this app performs or what revenue is attributed to the efforts of this app. Some apps will show attributed revenue in Shopify sales channels reports while others might show reporting within their app. This app does neither. I'd be happy to change my review if these features are implemented. Until then, it's not worth the money we pay for this.

Really great service. I asked them to customize it according to the look and feel we wanted and they did it exactly as we wanted and better! Super fast response too!
