Para aclarar, el plan Básico no incluye cuotas de suscripción recurrentes. Solo aplica cargos por uso según las impresiones de las ruedas, y los cargos no se pueden procesar sin la aprobación de autenticación de Shopify.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This correspondence constitutes a FINAL FORMAL LEGAL NOTICE issued to Care Cart regarding wrongful account termination, denial of access to our client’s store, and breach of contractual obligations under your stated Terms & Conditions.

1. Binding Nature of Your Terms & Conditions
We acknowledge that your Terms & Conditions (updated February 11, 2024) govern the relationship between Care Cart and its users. However, your own policies explicitly require:

Actions to be reasonable, lawful, and compliant with applicable regulations

Enforcement measures to be exercised in good faith and not arbitrarily

Compliance with consumer protection laws and fair business practices

Your recent actions are in direct violation of these principles.

2. Wrongful Termination & Abuse of Discretion
Care Cart has restricted and permanently blocked access to our client’s store without:

Providing specific evidence of any violation

Issuing prior notice or warning

Allowing an opportunity to respond or cure any alleged breach

While your Terms mention discretionary suspension, such discretion cannot be exercised arbitrarily, unfairly, or in bad faith, nor can it override applicable business and consumer protection laws.

This constitutes:

Breach of contract

Unfair business practice

Denial of due process

3. Breach of Refund & Billing Policies
Your stated policies include:

A 30-day money-back guarantee

Billing transparency via Shopify billing cycle

Obligation to ensure accurate and lawful charges

Despite this, the following violations have occurred:

Duplicate and conflicting billing (Free Plan vs. $27.99 Usage Fee)

Charges applied after service inactivity (post March 16, 2026)

Failure to provide transparent billing justification

These actions constitute:

Unauthorized billing

Material misrepresentation

Violation of consumer financial protection standards

4. Data Retention & Access Obligations
Your Terms state that user data may be retained for:

Up to 90 days (paid users)

Up to 60 days (free users)

By blocking access without lawful justification, Care Cart is:

Denying access to client-owned data

Potentially misusing or withholding commercial data

Violating data access and control rights

5. Legal Demand for Immediate Compliance
Accordingly, we hereby demand that Care Cart within 24 hours:

Immediately restore full access to the affected store and associated services

Provide documented evidence of the alleged Terms violation

Issue a full refund of all disputed and unauthorized charges

Deliver a complete billing and activity audit report, including:

Usage logs

Campaign activity timestamps

Confirm in writing that:

No further unauthorized restrictions or charges will occur

All actions will comply with applicable laws and your own policies

6. Notice of Legal Escalation (U.S. & UAE Jurisdiction)
Failure to comply within the stated timeframe will result in immediate legal escalation without further notice, including but not limited to:

Filing a federal lawsuit in Washington, D.C. (United States) for:

Breach of contract

Financial damages

Unlawful business practices

Initiating legal proceedings in the United Arab Emirates (UAE courts) under:

Commercial transaction laws

Business protection and fraud regulations

Pursuing claims related to:

Unjust enrichment

Unauthorized financial transactions

Potential financial misconduct, including money laundering implications, subject to investigation by relevant authorities

7. Reservation of Rights
Nothing in your Terms & Conditions overrides:

Applicable consumer protection laws

Fraud and financial crime regulations

International commercial legal standards

All rights, claims, and remedies are hereby fully reserved.

You are advised to treat this matter with urgent legal priority.

Failure to respond appropriately will result in immediate and irreversible legal action.

Pathetic service! One waits WEEKS to get them to resolve an issue. Tried and tried and tired but now given up! Duplicate discounts cost us so much and they seem to never get to fix it!

Customers spinning the wheel received discount codes that were not valid for use at checkout. Contacted Wheelify Customer Support and was told the issue would be addressed and fixed but still haven't heard anything from the team yet. Kind of disappointing since a customer is waiting for this fix. Will update this app accordingly once the issue gets addressed.

The app itself worked great. However when trying to download the list of subscribers it said we had zero when there were over 1000. I emailed support four different times and they said it was fixed. It is not.

Don’t use

Edit: I appreciate you reaching out but I simply didn't receive the help I was looking for when I contacted support which occupied the remainder of my day. I was told that support could not physically do anything and I would need to pay someone to do it for me ... I was using the app to make more conversions and it would say my codes that were generated was invalid. LOTS of people tried the wheel but no one received a discount. If it's showing that no one used the app its because it did not work and unfortunately support could not assist me with fixing the issue. I've had the app for 27 days so far AS SHOWN BELOW. I did not uninstall it right away. Some other shopify apps are doing fine and their customer service has been great but this one is just super annoying!

What a horrible experience!!! This app does not let you customize anything because once you spend your precious limited time editing the app for your website… IT DISAPPEARS! moments after you save it. I tried multiple times with customer service as well & even she was confused! I cannot believe I even had the patience of 3 hours! On this app! To make matters worst! It was live and it turn it off.. I had to go back to edit and change zones the most! Stay AWAY!! I had customers thinking they were getting 40% off with this app bc it wouldn’t change. I am so upset.. complete waste of my time. SAVE YOUR SELF & STAY AWAY!

Most unhelpful "Help Desk". Pretty sure it's just a chat bot with completely irrelevant answers to your questions. Do not waste your time if you are an entrepreneur with limited resources.
