beware. still charging me for this despite uninstalling it a month ago!! i have screen shots from the date of uninstall too.

Update. They refunded me for the most recent charge.

Quick and easy import with seamless syncing capabilities from square to shopify.
Took less than 5 minutes to import the products with pictures and prices.
Support was very responsive and immediate.
Why am I giving 4 stars?
App still requires improvements such as importing of product shipping weights, No SEO data was transferred, and product categories import were not consistent with that which was on my square website.
All of this I had to retype for each product which takes time. Otherwise great app.

We use Square Sync to sync our Shopify online store wth our POS system Square retail. It sync's both inventory quantities and product details when we create a new product in Shopify and sell them either online or in store. Square Sync does a great job and we have been using it for 3 months now with only a few minor teething problems. The support from Square Sync has been great. The only thing we would like to see is the Unit Cost price sync.

It's a bit confusing as a new user, there is no selective synching so you have to take it all from Square to Shopify. I only offer a subset of products online so it is a bit much to have my full inventory come over each time.
Customer support was very helpful though, and this made a huge difference.

I was overwhlemed with my products not syncing to the pos system in store. Thea for the Sqaure Sync team walked me through and was able to help me with the issues I was having. Still learning the ins and outs of the app but, the quick help from the support team has given be some confidence moving forward. Thank you!

This app wasn't easy to setup, there was a lot of troubleshooting to get it right. I suggest the UX and language used/translations need to be refined. Besides that, the app works as intended.

Great customer service! Very helpful in answer questions to get products aligned. The only issue is the vendor doesn't sync correctly. It uses our Store name instead of the vendor name when creating new product in Shopify
