This is the best app on Shopify for staff management. It automatically calculates wages based on each employee's hours worked and it's exactly what I was looking for. Employees can also register for remote access to the app directly from their phones without having to install the POS. Hanna from the support team was very helpful and responsive and helped me set everything up very quickly and is the greatest support I have experienced.
Our team has been using the app up until now and it's still the best app for us.
Our employees can clock in/out easily. We are also able to create schedules and checklists. It had always been easy for us to manage our staff.
The support has always been very helpful. We will continue to use this app for sure!

5 Stars for Hanna all day, every day. She is so dedicated to helping with whatever problem I have had, from learning the program, to adding new staff, to helping set up commission plans on every store we have on shopify!

Today, Hanna spent at least 2 hours (likely more) with me getting links for employees to be able to log in to their accounts, helping with commissions and how to attribute to an employee. We love that EasyTeam has the option to attribute sales to staff on the shopify POS and look forward to future updates.

I cannot praise Hanna enough. She has always been so helpful and attentive; I sincerely enjoy working with her.

The app is straight forward and easy to use. I love that it integrates our time clock, schedules, and checklists all in one place. It is very clean and simple for staff, and enables them to access their schedules and hours from their personal computer or phone.
The support staff have been incredible! Both Peter and Hanna are readily available to answer all my questions, and even set up a demo so all my team could log on and ask questions. Couldn't have asked for better!
I do wish it had some more features, such as the ability to view schedules for longer than a week at a time, and showing how many hours each individual is scheduled for.

I just started using this app for my small business and so far it's a 5 out of 5! It was really easy to set up and my employees are really excited to use the app at home to view their schedules and hours! I love that I can do so many things from this app and the team at EasyTeam has been wonderful so far! (Shoutout Peter) I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to streamline their payroll/scheduling needs.

EDIT: Just spoke with the company support, they was very professional and helpful. This company has an excellent support team. Just downloaded. The onboarding page will not load. I did try this on different systems OS's as well as two different networks. Wish I could actually try this app out looks promising.

We've had an outstanding experience with this app. It effortlessly manages the clock-ins and clock-outs for our entire team, boasting impressive speed. In addition to tracking time, we utilize its scheduling features and have recently started leveraging its commission functionalities.

The customer support team has been nothing short of phenomenal. Having tested two other apps on Shopify, I can confidently say that this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. If you're in the retail industry and in search of an efficient tool, this is the app we wholeheartedly recommend.

So far so good. Very happy with this app and its functionality. Support is incredibly responsive and very helpful. Definitely expect to see improvements on the back end/server. Will see how this free trial goes for now and update with a new review after 20 days.

Awesome customer service!! They answer to quickly with every questions ive had! The store checklists are AWESOME for our staff in-stores. The clock in has made it so easy for us to do payroll & the staff in stores can see their hours. Great program!!
